Ten years ago Hudayriyat was a causeway and a construction fence. Now it is where Abu Dhabi goes on a Saturday: a wave pool, a bike circuit, climbing walls, and a beach that runs most of the southern edge. This tour covers the built parts and the still-empty parts, which is the interesting bit.
